**Cancellation Fees**

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your tour reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 20 to 8 days before the tour date: 20% of the total tour price
• 7 to 2 days before the tour date: 30% of the total tour price
• 1 day before the tour date or no-show: 100% of the total tour price

How to Cancel   Cancellations must be made during our business hours via email or phone. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from us.

Rescheduling   If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the timing.
